Chicken and Mushrooms

This was fun, three kinds of mushrooms and a phyllo top. After brushing them with butter, I scrunched the phyllo sheets into something like paper wads and dropped them on top. They were great the first night, soggy from that point on. So, the next day I boiled egg noodles and tossed the phyllo.
