Salmon and cod with a ginger/curry rub and a ginger marinade. The green onions just struck me as attractive.

This was fun, three kinds of mushrooms and a phyllo top. After brushing them with butter, I scrunched the phyllo sheets into something like paper wads and dropped them on top. They were great the first night, soggy from that point on. So, the next day I boiled egg noodles and tossed the phyllo.

Cinnamon Rolls

I enjoy making cinnamon rolls more than just about anything else. I almost enjoy making them as much as I enjoy eating them. Almost.
